I purchased a pair of 9-10 size Floopi slippers last year and loved them. However, the same size slippers mentioned above were faulty. The left one was too big and the right one was even bigger. Plus, it also was not properly aligned. The instep protruded down and out to the side. I'm ill and not up to the hassle of re-packaging and mailing them back, though I would like to have a replacement. I also regret the long wait to receive the new one. Beverly Hart
