Refund policy

Not loving your purchase? No worries! If you’re not satisfied we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, as long as it:

  • Is in brand new condition
  • Is accompanied by the original Tags & Packaging.
  • Is returned within 30 days of the date your shipment is delivered.(Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if its past 30 days.)

To initiate a return or replacement,
You MUST email us at info@floopi.com and let us know you're a Floopi customer. (Please Allow Us 24-36 hours to respond to your return request.)
Please include your order number starting in the subject line
In the body of the email please state your full name, order ID, Product or SKU being returned/exchanged and the reason for the return.

*DO NOT Send back an order without contacting us first*

The ORIGINAL shipping cost is non-refundable.

*CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING*

  • We will provide a pre-paid label to be used to return your items.(Returns are Via USPS)
  • Return Shipping is a FLAT Rate of $3.99 that will be deducted from your refund if “Returning for a refund” & “Returning for an Exchange”

Undeliverable Packages
If a customer refused a package or gave the wrong or an invalid address and their order was returned to us.
We will reach out to so come up with a solution on getting your order to you. If no response is received within 10 business days we will refund your order minus the return shipping postage incurred by the shipping carrier.

If your product comes back USED or WORN from Wear/Tare we will not be able to refund your order.
If the product is defective please mention that to the customer service rep and we will be able to refund your full order or set up a replacement order.

Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Can take up to 2 weeks to fully process a refund.
