Beautiful Slippers Run Short

I bought these for my mom. She wears a shoe size 7 or 7.5. We ordered her the size M 7-8 and they run very short. If she doesn't put her foot all the way in (her toes touch the end) her heel runs off the back of the clog. The quality is fantastic but these run very small.
