I purchased two pairs of the Lydia Slippers; one grey and one Beige. Both were the same size, X-lg. However, the beige pair were too big, longer than the grey pair. And when measured against the other Floopi slippers I have larger than those as well. I contacted the company as instructed, by email. I did receive a response which I replied to asking for an exchange. After sending my reply back I thought I would receive the shipping label shortly. But as of today 7/5/22 I have not received any communication. I am a big fan of the Floopi slippers that are so comfortable I wanted to wear them to bed. And as a native of Brooklyn NY, I'm also a big fan of this company. I'm sure this is just an oversight and will get rectified quickly.
