They are too narrow at the ankle. You have to use a shoe horn and you have to keep pushing on your foot to get you foot down into the shoe.You need to add an opening

I called and left a message and no one has called back! My foot doesn’t even start to get into the boot! I need to know what you want me too to do. If returning, please give me the information to to so. I would like to try next size, but I’m afraid it might too be too narrow at top.?
