Women's Ivy Patterned Sweater Knit Faux Fur Clog Slipper

5 star for the slippers, 1 star for customer service! Love these slippers! My feet are always cold, so these keep them warm and are so comfortable. I also wanted slippers with a sole. The only issues I had was with their sizing. I’m usually a 6.5, sometimes a 6, so I ordered up against my better judgement after I read to go up on 1/2 sizes especially if I’m wearing socks. I received them and tried them on, they were way to big, even with thick socks. I even left the tissue paper inside to see that if that helped, it didn’t. So I returned them for the size 5-6 and just received them. I figured if anything, the fabric would stretch if to snug. They fit great, actually my heels slip out occasionally and that’s even with socks on too! The only other issues I ran into is getting responses from customer service. Twice I had to send “2nd requests”. I assumed I’d get an email when my return was received and when my replacement was shipped along with a tracking number, never did, I always had to initiate the emails to find out what was happening. I returned them on March 31 and emailed them asking for the status for my replacement on April 14th!
